Let’s create without expectations.
This October, come learn and practice art therapy with local Artist and Yoga Instructor Kate Sondag. She’ll teach us how home is a feeling rather than a physical location, and that it can be recreated with intentional design through abstract watercoloring. You’ll collage or stay minimal, it’s whatever you want!
In this magical evening you will:
learn how to use art as therapy for your soul
learn watercolor basics
create an abstract piece of art you’ll want to hang

Grab your supplies
Go to your local Michaels or BLICKS, and here are Kate’s recommendations:
sketchbook or watercolor paper (low to high examples, the high is Kate’s fav because it doesn’t crinkle when you add lot of layers)
good to have’s
something to mix paint in like this
pencil and an eraser
paper towels
magazines (to grab a burst of color or design from)
glue sticks
scissors
