An east coast native, Alicia fell in love with mindfulness and meditation to help with her ever-running internal monologue. Certified as a Mindfulness Meditation teacher, she’s been leading meditation sessions and mindfulness workshops for over six years to help others feel more calm, joy, and engaged in their daily lives. Always being the friend to hold space for others to be vulnerable and get clarity through good conversation made her realize there’s a need for community around all of this. Using her mindfulness meditation background and love of wellness tools as the practices seemed like a no brainer, and Greyback was born.
