A few of our favorite tools in our self care tool box for the week:

Being in gratitude is always a wonderful way to start and end the day. The Five Minute Journal is a great tool to use to get 5 minutes in every day: your brain on paper.

Light a candle (loving DW Candles) or a couple candles to set the mood for whatever you’re doing. Working, reading, watching tv — anything.

We love burning Palo Santo and Moon Body Soul has the most beautiful smelling sticks. Burn morning, afternoon and night or as a nightly ritual to cleanse the day.

Keeping hydrated includes your face. We keep the Rose Petals Facial Water on hand at all times. It’s great to keep a spritz on your desk and use it as a pick me up throughout the day. Spritz with intention! Favorite sheet masks to use often are Dr. Jarts. They lock in the moisture and leave your skin feeling like it just drank a huge bottle of h20.

Essential oils play a part in our daily rituals as well. Keeping the Saje roller ball oils on your desk, in your purse, by your bed — anywhere you can easily access them to provide relief from a stress, headaches, nausea etc.

Now is great time to slow down and take even more care of your body. Dry brushing is a great way to stimulate the blood, it feels amazing and it sheds dead skin and detoxes while you brush. Step by step here!

At home manicure? Sally Hansen Insta-Dry top coat is by far the fastest drying top coat (even with two coats of color underneath) ever. Great for the at-your-home-desk manis or every single at-home-mani in our future.
