A little about Alicia
I knew there was a way to feel calmer and more playful with life’s uncertainties, so I studied myself, through mindfulness.
For over 13 years I’ve studied health coaching, mindfulness and meditation through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. I’ve coached individuals 1:1 and have led over 70 wellness events (for 5 to 60 women) for 7+ years.
I’m passionate about teaching people how to feel and see the most joy in their days by developing skills to calm the body and mind in any moment. I also love teaching people how to create their own mini habits to bring mindfulness to those easy and also hard moments that we all experience.
A minimum commitment of one month, these personalized sessions are based on your needs.
While Alicia will guide you through the basics of mindfulness throughout the month, each session’s content can focus on specific challenges you’re going through at home or at work. Whether you’ve never meditated before or practice often, if you’re a busy professional, a busy parent, or just interested, this personalized 1:1 coaching series is for you.
