For us, Spring is about possibility.

After the chill and quietude of the winter, we are ready to step into lighter and brighter days, and a lighter and brighter version of ourselves, both in body and in mind. Join the full Greyback team, Alicia and Alissa, as they guide you through their favorite spring rituals to prep the body and mind for a reawakening. 
Join in on the conversation or be quietly part of the night, it’s whatever you need in the moment.

  • Welcome sips (5 mins). Drink a tea blend from Family Herbalist Gillian Fitch to settle in.

  • Quiet your mind (15 mins). Alicia will guide you through a meditation to calm the mind.

  • Daily rituals (30 mins). Alicia and Alissa will guide you through an entire day of practical springtime self care. From simple tricks to create morning rituals, to facial massage and detoxifying baths in the evening, you’ll leave with new routines to nourish your body and mind.

  • Check in with yourself (10 mins). Journal on 1-3 questions to practice self compassion, treating yourself with the kindness a good friend would show you.
