We all have our own chaos, that constant thing we’re trying to fix about ourselves.

It’s not your fault, you’re human. Join us as yoga instructor and wellness guru Erin Gilmore teaches us about calming your chaos story through self acceptance and self awareness found through body movement. The areas of the brain involving self awareness get activated by doing yoga (yay), but those same areas that are the ones that get blocked every time we experience our chaos, and we need those activated in order to heal whatever we’re going through.
