Before the holidays take over your schedule, join Greyback’s November’s SC featuring Brianna (an Aveda instructor and doula), who will immerse us in four different self care practices we can add to our daily routines to help us stay connected and healthy in the coming months. In the workshop you’ll practice Ayurvedic dry brushing (leaving with a brush of your own), learn how to start a daily devotion of gratitude, and more. We only have 15 spots, so please RSVP. Don't worry, our evening is still grounded in mindfulness, we'll start and end the evening with meditation.
