This 8-hour at-home retreat with Certified Brené Brown Dare to Lead™ Facilitator Lisa Pepper-Satkin (MA, MFT), San Francisco-based Yoga Guru Libby Murfey, and Behavioral Food Therapist Katie Schmidt, will activate all your senses and transport you to a space of curiosity.
