Spring is around the corner, start prepping your body and mind to release winter slowness to start feeling energetic, cleansed, and truly healthy.
Everyday you’re managing your energy to have enough of it for your daily to do’s… and hopefully some left over for yourself. Get ready for your new spring self care routine with Qigong teacher Gillian Fitch, and learn at home practices to release physical and emotional blockages and bring vitality and energy to the body and mind.
Join in on the conversation or be quietly part of the night, it’s whatever you need in the moment.
Welcome sips (5 mins). Drink an activating tea blend from Family Herbalist Gillian Fitch to settle in.
Quiet your mind (15 mins). Alicia will guide you through a meditation to calm the mind.
DIY Cupping (20 mins). Qigong teacher Gillian Fitch will teach you the benefits of opening the flow of Qi (energy) in your body and lead you through a women’s specific Shaking & Cupping Routine to help you detox, boost your immunity, and release physical and emotional blockages in the body.
Check in with yourself (10 mins). Journal on 1-3 questions to get clear on any areas of your life or daily routine you might feel stuck and commit to a daily habit to bring in more self kindness and support for yourself.
