Start by setting your space.
Light a candle and grab your journal and your favorite oil for self massage. Wear comfy clothes, and get ready for Alicia and Alissa to take you on a 45-minute slow down. Camera on or off, silent the entire time or joining the conversation, it’s honestly whatever you need in that moment.
Quiet your mind (10 mins). Alicia will guide you through a meditation to calm the mind.
Stretch & massage (10 mins). Alissa will lead you through gua sha self massage and some gentle stretches to bring relaxation to your body. We love this gua sha and this oil from Amazon!
Check In with yourself (25 mins). Journal on 3 questions that will help you get clear on how you’ve been spending your time and energy, and learn simple tips to pause more throughout your day and start showing yourself more kindness.
