Getting Fearless & Clear AF

There’s only one you, and that’s your greatest asset. Use these two journal prompts to practice being fearless and to get clear on what you want to create in your life (brought to you by Dr. Colleen Lindstrom).

What would you do if you knew you could not fail?

Design your life, Everything. Yes everything! Your dream relationship, with all the qualities and feelings you desire. Your dream job, even if it does not exist, create it! Your dream house, every detail. Your dream car. You get the picture.

Exercise: Write down all the things you want and add the feelings to each desire (feelings you want to feel when you see that man, sleep in your dream home, etc). Feelings are the motion that help create the manifestation, and you start to connect with this vision. Visualization is powerful, once you start to see it for yourself you’ll slowly attract it.

 

What would you like to see for your life?

Start to think of daily and weekly habits you can start to help change your life.

Exercise:

  • How can you support yourself more?

  • What to ditch? And why?

  • What to increase? And why?

Example:  I want to feel more connected to the confident powerful woman I know I am

  • Ditch: negative self talk and self doubt, because I am the only me and that’s my superpower

  • Increase: walking in nature, yoga, and pilates, all to help me remain a strong powerful women and role model
