Being in quarantine we’ve all experienced many different emotions. For some of us we express them through words, movement, art, or by sitting still and getting quiet. In October, come learn and practice art therapy with local Artist and Yoga Instructor Kate Sondag. She’ll teach us how home is a feeling rather than a physical location, and that it can be recreated with intentional design through abstract watercoloring and a bit of collage.
