Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that can help your body engage in its own healing process, bring you more energy, boost your immune system. and help your body function at its best. Get ready to learn all about how to use it in your day to day.
Welcome sips & snacks (15 mins). Drink a refreshing herbal tea made by family herbalist Gillian Fitch and connect with wellness-minded females
Quiet your mind (10 mins). Alicia will guide you on a visualization meditation to connect you to your tender and fierce compassionate self
Energy Qi (15 mins). Be guided on a 15 minute moving meditation practice of qigong with Qigong teacher Gillian Fitch
Check in with yourself (10 mins). Journal to understand how kind you are to yourself and how you can start to treat yourself more like you do your bestie
