As the weather and seasons change, come spend an evening with Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner Julie Reuter and learn why gut health is so important for healthy digestion, thyroid and hormone levels, and reducing inflammation, and learn the top tips for good gut health. Bring your questions, Julie is ready to dive in!

Evening break down:

  • Welcome sips & snacks (15 mins). Eat popcorn and drink a warm herbal tea made by family herbalist Gillian Fitch and connect with like-minded females around wellness

  • Quiet your mind (10 mins). Alicia will guide you on a visualization meditation to connect to your body

  • Gut Health (45 mins). Learn Gut Health 101 and how functional medicine helps you get to the root cause of your symptoms using natural, science-backed methods. Topics will adjust based on questions!

  • Check in with yourself (5 mins). Journal on three questions to reflect on how you’ve been spending your time and commit to continuing to prioritize the important things in your life, including the relationship with yourself.
