• Quiet your mind + check in (20 mins). Alicia will guide you through a meditation visualization to calm the mind and journaling prompts to help you check in with how you’re feeling

• Hydrafacial Demo (55 mins). Skincare Esthetician and owner of Realm in Redding, Julie Swendiman will demo a facial and hydrafacial so you can see before and after and learn the benefits of each type of facial. Ask all your questions and see the results for yourself!
