Join Greyback and Certified Yoga Instructor Catherine Collison for a curated wellness evening of breathing, moving, and writing, to create your most mindful fall yet.

  • Quiet your mind (10 mins). Alicia will guide you with a visualization meditation to settle your thoughts and get you in the mind space of calm and curious.

  • Stretch your body (20 mins). Catherine will lead you into poses to bring energy and relaxation to your body. Bring a mat (or rent for $3), blankets are provided for you.

  • Write, reflect, uncover, and connect (30 mins). Journal answers to three powerful questions that will help you set your mental space for the fall. Take a fresh look at where you can bring more ease into your days and thoughts and connect and commit to how you want to rise to your best self for the rest of the year. Inner and outer conversations will create your accountability.
