It’s time to make yourself more of a priority.

Get ready for your new evening slow down ritual. Spend 45 minutes with Alicia and Alissa and experience a way to slow down, be really present, and take really good care of yourself.
Quiet your mind (10 mins). Alicia will guide you through a visualization practice to calm the mind.
Stretch your body (10 mins). Alissa will lead you through stretches to bring relaxation to your body (wear comfy clothes and bring your favorite oil).
Reflect and connect (25 mins). Write and reflect on 3 questions that will help you get really clear on how you’re spending your time and energy, be part of conversation with others if you feel like it, and leave feeling really good.
