  • Quiet your mind (10 mins). Alicia will guide you on a visualization meditation to connect to your body

  • Gut Health (45 mins). Learn Gut Health 101 and how functional medicine helps you get to the root cause of your symptoms using natural, science-backed methods. Topics will adjust based on questions!

  • Check in with yourself (3 mins). Journal on three questions to reflect on how you’ve been spending your time and commit to continuing to prioritize the important things in your life, including the relationship with yourself.
