You’ll be exposed to new routines and habits of mind that are approachable for your schedule. You'll shift from reacting impulsively to responding with clarity and kindness, which will ease exhaustion, silence your inner critic, and help you tackle your to-do list more effectively. Most importantly, you'll find more joy in your everyday.
Show up for yourself
When you learn with others you're more committed to trying new ways of thinking and can experience more change. This series will have limited spots to keep it intimate!
Be kinder to yourself
Everything is based on bringing self kindness to every situation, it makes you a stronger leader, mom, wife, friend, and drastically improves your relationship with yourself.

Join Mindfulness Meditation teacher Alicia Anderson from Greyback for a 4-week Introduction to Mindfulness virtual group coaching series and learn different mindfulness practices (in the form of sitting meditation, mindful eating, and active listening) to help you become more calm, present, and engaged in the daily moments of your life.
You’ll learn:
What mindfulness is and looks like in real life
The benefits of creating a daily practice
How to be mindful of your body
Working with difficult emotions
How to be kinder to yourself and your thoughts
Techniques to feel more joy and compassion
Setting up a mindfulness practice that works in your life
Whether you’ve never meditating before or practice often, this workshop is for you.
